Selfe-Made, in twelve weeks.

If you want your Selfe done right, do it with us

Agents are already shopping on behalf of your customers, and most businesses have nothing they can buy. Twelve weeks with us and you are one that they can, running it yourself by Christmas.

Everyone running the same defaults arrives at the same answer.

Getting found is the easy half. Most businesses can be made legible to an agent inside a fortnight and yours probably can too. What takes a quarter is the part after that, which is deciding what your Selfe may say, who it should turn away, what it can agree to without asking, and then watching it do all of it against real customers.

Nobody arrives knowing how to do this. The job is a few months old and there is nowhere it could have been learnt. So for twelve weeks we do it with you, on your catalogue, with your money going through it, and you come out running it.

Your own judgement is the only input your competitors cannot copy. Everything else is a default they have too.

The shape of it, before anything else.

When.

Twelve weeks, starting on a Monday and finished before Christmas. You are built and live by the second week of November, which is deliberate.

What it costs you in time.

Two hours a week. One session and the report you read before it. The doing is ours for the first six weeks and mostly ours after.

Who it is for.

Ten businesses, hospitality and ecommerce mixed on purpose. More than one of something, and somebody in the building with an opinion.

Five things, and we do four of them.

This is not a course with homework. For the first six weeks the work is ours, done on your real catalogue and your real booking system, with you watching every decision get made so you can make the next one yourself.

A human review of how you sell today.

Somebody sits down with how enquiries actually reach you, what gets answered by hand, where the money leaks, and what an agent makes of all of it. Written up rather than discussed.

A strategy and a plan.

What agentic commerce is worth to your business specifically, which surfaces matter for what you sell, and the order to do things in. Yours to keep whether or not you carry on.

Your catalogue read and made legible.

Every room, product or experience checked for the things agents need and most catalogues do not carry. We fix what can be fixed automatically and hand you a list of what only you can answer. Up to 250 units, and more is quoted separately.

Your Selfe live, with playbooks written for you.

Connected to whatever holds your calendar, your stock and your money. Custom playbooks built around your rules rather than the standard set, so it answers the way you would.

Watching and adjusting, all twelve weeks.

A report showing what agents asked, what your Selfe answered, what it could not answer and what it agreed to. Three reports, three sessions, one shared channel, and the things it could not answer become the next month's work.

Six weeks building.
Six weeks trading.

The dates are not an accident. You are live by 8 November, which puts weeks seven to twelve through Black Friday and the whole Christmas run. The busiest trading of your year is also the best evidence you will ever get.

Where you stand.

Weeks one to three, 28 September to 18 October. The buyability check run properly and read with somebody, written down as the baseline everything after is measured against. Your plan agreed, and the use cases you want judging on in December.

Built and plugged in.

Weeks four to six, 19 October to 8 November. The catalogue work done, on our side, on your real data. Connected to whatever takes the money and holds the calendar or the stock. Your playbooks written with you. Live before the peak starts.

Live through peak.

Weeks seven to nine, 9 November to 29 November. Real agents, real questions and real money, with somebody beside you the first time it surprises you. A weekly list of what agents asked that you could not answer yet. Black Friday falls in week nine.

Yours to run.

Weeks ten to twelve, 30 November to 21 December. Christmas trading, with the playbook tightened against nine weeks of evidence rather than guesses. Measured against week one. You take the keys knowing what to change next and how to change it.

What we do, and what only you can do.

Ours, and it is about thirty hours.

Running the check and writing the baseline. Reviewing how you sell and writing it up. The catalogue work itself. Every connection into your systems. Building the playbooks and the workflows. Watching it, reporting on it, and fixing what the reports find.

Yours, and it is about two hours a week.

One session, and reading the report before it. Saying who you are honestly for and who you are not. Deciding what your Selfe may agree to without asking. Answering the gap list, because only you know those answers. Turning up in week ten when it gets interesting.

Ten businesses, deliberately not ten of the same.

A hotelier reading a skincare brand's agent transcript learns more than from another hotelier's. You are all the same distance from a new category, which is a far more useful thing to have in common than a market.

Cohort one is filling, and every place below is open. We name a business here once it has agreed to be named, and not before.

The platform is already built.
The twelve weeks are about you.

Twenty-two booking and commerce systems it can already sell through, and sixty-five in the directory it reads. Whatever holds your calendar, your stock or your money is very likely one connection away, made with the accounts you already have.

If what you run is not here, say so on the form. It is usually a question of which week we do it in rather than whether.

£3,500 for cohort one. £5,000 after that.

Cohort one is cheaper because you are giving us something back, which is a named case study with the week one and week twelve numbers in it. That is a trade rather than a discount, and the price goes up for cohort two either way.

  • Cohort one

    £3,500

One payment or three monthly. Everything in the five above, twelve weeks of watching and adjusting, your playbooks yours to keep, and a named case study agreed with you before anything is published. On top of your subscription, which you would be paying either way.

  • After the twelve weeks

    £129/month

Your Selfe carries on and nothing stops working in week thirteen. The playbook is yours including the reasoning behind every line of it, and you can stop whenever you like. Larger or more complex businesses move to for continued reporting and a line back to us.

Before you apply.

What we are working out, while we work it out.

Written as we go, from what agents actually do on real businesses rather than from a roadmap.

Ten places. Four questions.

What you run, what the standard playbooks would get wrong about you, what you want judging on in December, and who is in the room from your side. The second one is the one we actually read.

Every application gets read and answered either way, usually inside a week. There is no call to sit through first.
