## Background

Laurel Bank is a guest house in Keswick, a Premium member of the tourism association and among the accommodation providers going live through this launch.

## How it works

Laurel Bank runs its booking system on ResNexus, a platform used by accommodation providers across the Lake District. Selfe reads real-time pricing and availability straight off it, the same data a guest sees.

Booking completion is switched on carefully, gated until the wider Visit Keswick launch, so nothing goes live against a real card before it's been checked end to end.
